Description

The skin turns from olive to deep yellow-green when ripe.the pulp is white and inedible when unripe but transforms into a flavor, color, and texture often compared to chocolate pudding when ripe. Ripe fruit is described as having “the flavor and consistency of chocolate pudding.”
