Caesar rambutan (red) is a new giant rambutan variety with an average weight of 120g/fruit. This variety is sweeter than other rambutans, it is a globose shape red fruit. The tropical fruits are a part of the same family as the lychee and are native to southeast asia, primarily consumed fresh, out-of-hand. It also provides vitamins b2 (riboflavin) and b3 (niacin), and essential minerals such as iron, calcium, and potassium.
